Ingredients

  • 8 slices of organic/natural turkey breast (nitrate-free)

  • 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, julienned

  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (full-fat or a dairy-free alternative)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup black olives, pitted

Directions

  1. Lay out the turkey slices on a clean surface.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each turkey slice.

  4. Place a few slices of avocado, julienned cucumber, and red bell pepper on top of the cream cheese-covered turkey slices.

  5. Carefully roll up each turkey slice, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.

  6. Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and garnish with black olives on the side.
