SOZA is to restore to health, to save, rescue, deliver, heal, to be made whole and complete.

Can you achieve a healthy weight fast? Reverse type 2 diabetes? Improve your overall metabolic health?

If you need and can do all that, will you do it?

Unfortunately, relying on our healthcare system and insurance isn't enough. Some argue that's a mistake altogether, as statistics show that whatever our system is doing isn't working. People keep getting sicker with more "chronic" conditions that must be "managed." Health insurance keeps rising.

So, to ask our question again, if you could achieve a healthy weight fast, reverse type 2 diabetes, and improve your metabolic health, would you do it? We're sure you would.

SOZA Weightloss® in 2023 originated initially as SOZA Clinic in 2012 when socially conscious entrepreneurs and physicians created a program for those who failed with traditional methods and didn’t want extreme medical interventions.

Dr. Anthony Wehbe, one of our co-founders, was prediabetic and concerned about developing type 2 diabetes. Inspired by wellness enthusiast Gus Bouari's success with a low-carb, high-protein diet, Dr. Wehbe decided to try this approach. Despite skepticism, he lost 50 pounds in 60 days, significantly improving his health metrics.

Many others in the community followed, achieving similar results. They found that a carefully structured nutrition program could not only help them lose weight but also reverse type 2 diabetes and eliminate the need for medication.

People were astonished: "You're a totally different person. What is this program?" This demand led the founders to innovate, recruiting more health-focused entrepreneurs and expanding nationwide.

They developed a holistic weight loss program based on the Mediterranean diet, SOZA, derived from the Ancient Greek word "SOZO," which means complete, healed, prosperous, and redeemed. This holistic approach emphasizes natural, whole foods to combat poor health caused by sugar and processed foods.

"We've been helping people reverse their type 2 diabetes in a few short months. While we haven't published studies yet, other similar programs have, and major institutions like the American Diabetes Association recognize that nutrition can potentially reverse type 2 diabetes," says Gus Bouari, CEO.

"A low-carb, high-protein Mediterranean-style diet is easy to follow and can reverse metabolic conditions. That's what we do—we spread the word that nutrition can do amazing things, and that a rapid weight loss program done right, can be superior to slow and steady programs."

The science behind diets has evolved, and SOZA stays updated with the latest research. Rapid weight loss, achieved through a protein-rich, low-carbohydrate diet based on sustainable principles, has shown exceptional results. Participants lost weight quickly, improved their insulin resistance, blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and overall health, and many reversed their type 2 diabetes entirely.

Gus explains, "A low-carb, high-protein Mediterranean-style diet is easy to follow and can reverse metabolic conditions. That's what we do—we spread the word that nutrition can do amazing things, and that a rapid weight loss program done right, can be superior to slow and steady programs."

The SOZA Weightloss program, primarily a mildly ketogenic nutritional and wellness lifestyle program, helps people lose visceral fat fast, reverse type 2 diabetes, and improve metabolic health. While centered around nutrition and wellness, SOZA understands that some may need additional support, combining their program with prescription medication and holistic remedies when necessary.

The comprehensive SOZA approach—nutrition, behavior modification, physical activity, and natural remedies for those who need it—produces results that rival or surpass medicines without the side effects. "We're not against medication for those who need it, and we help people get access if their doctor clears them for it," says Gus.

In short, we want people to know that they can do more than just manage their weight and diabetes. They can potentially restore their health completely and they can doit fast and wthout the need for medication.

SOZA is affordable and supports healthcare providers and patients, addressing obesity as a public health issue. The program offers a sustainable alternative to long-term reliance on prescription drugs and the unrealistic expectation of more willpower.

Obesity is a public health issue, and tackling it requires more than just a one-size-fits-all solution. The SOZA Weight Loss program recognizes the importance of a holistic and natural-based approach, which can be a game-changer for many.

SOZA empowers individuals to take control of their weight loss journey, providing a safe and effective alternative to more invasive methods. If you're looking for a program that aligns with the best practices advised by obesity specialists, look no further.
