6 scallions (green onions), sliced
1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
½ tsp ground coriander
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp black pepper

Directions
