4 oz chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
12 asparagus spears
Salt and pepper, to taste
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned chicken breast to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake the chicken for about 15-20 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
While the chicken is baking, prepare the asparagus. Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus spears and discard them.
In a separate skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
