Your Success Checklist

Visit Our Getting Started

With your initial preparation complete, it's time to embark on your 60-day program with confidence and excitement!

We have created a simple checklist to help ensure you get the most out of this program.

Have you:

  • Thoroughly read the manual?

  • Familiarised yourself with key concepts?

  • Thought ahead about how best to put this knowledge into practice?

If you haven't done any of that, we highly encourage you to go through the manual.

Considered taking your before photos?

Documenting progress through photography can be an invaluable way to notice improvements in areas beyond the scale. Photographs will show you how your body shape changes, plus additional benefits like improved skin and hair, better posture, and enhanced confidence.

Capture all these subtle but significant differences to appreciate the incremental steps toward achieving your goals!

Cleared out the cupboards and removed temptation?

Getting rid of processed food and alcohol can be helpful if you want to resist temptations. Removing these items from your cupboards leaves less opportunity for indulgence and helps form new habits to support a healthier lifestyle.

In the first few weeks or days of this transition, reducing sources of temptation may make it easier for you to stick with your goals. As you continue on your journey, cravings may lessen - but until that happens, taking those extra steps can help set you up for success.

Prepared a shopping list after reading the SOZA pantry 2023 section?

Having a shopping list and stocking your pantry with healthy items can help you stay on track toward your health goals. Having these items readily available in your pantry will give you the convenience of having healthy options when preparing meals or snacking.

Keeping an organized pantry is also a great way to save time, as you can quickly see what items you have and then plan your meals or snacks accordingly.

Rallied the support around you?

As you embark on a healthier lifestyle, sharing your goals and progress with friends and family can be beneficial. Letting those close to you know about your journey allows them to offer support and encouragement. They can also acknowledge your successes along the way, providing even more motivation to stay on track with healthy habits. Having a team of supporters is an invaluable asset as you take on this new path!

Taking the small steps necessary to reach your goals is vital to maximize this program.

If you've succeeded so far, feel proud and confident for the next 60 days and beyond. You don't need good luck on this journey, but you will have our support all the way!
