1. Scrambled egg whites, or whole eggs (watch your fat intake for the day, 2-3 yolks)
If you have whole eggs, then don’t add more dietary fats, but if you have egg whites, feel free to add some avocados. Scrambled eggs with spinach and onions are one of the most popular dishes.
2. Whole egg muffins or egg white muffins. Check out the manual for this recipe.
3. Whey or vegan protein shakes are low-carb and high-protein. Add half an avocado to make it
creamy and sweeten with a natural sweetener.
4. Tofu scramble with green and red peppers. We have a recipe in the manual.
5. Low-fat or full-fat Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp. of almonds
6. Homemade beef patties with greens on the side (80% ground beef)
7. Applegate sausage links, no nitrates, non-GMO. It doesn’t have to be Applegate, of course, but read labels when buying.
