Ingredients
2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
1 cup of mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1/4 cup of almonds or walnuts, chopped
Optional: a few drops of stevia or another sugar-free sweetener to taste
Optional: Organic Cornflakes
Directions
Begin by layering half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom of two glasses or parfait jars.
Add a layer of half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds over the berries in each glass or jar.
Add a layer of chopped almonds or walnuts.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and nuts.
If desired, sweeten with a few drops of stevia or another sugar-free sweetener.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for an hour before serving for a thicker texture.
