1 cup of whole grain cereal (check for Soza Weight Loss program compatibility)
1 cup of skim milk (organic if possible)
1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Sweetener of choice (stevia or erythritol) to taste
Directions
In a bowl, combine the whole grain cereal, chia seeds, sliced almonds, flaxseeds, and vanilla extract.
Pour skim milk over the mixture and stir well.
Allow the cereal to sit for a few minutes to let the chia seeds absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
Top the cereal with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
