Ingredients

  • 1 cup of whole grain cereal (check for Soza Weight Loss program compatibility)

  • 1 cup of skim milk (organic if possible)

  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds

  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

  • Sweetener of choice (stevia or erythritol) to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the whole grain cereal, chia seeds, sliced almonds, flaxseeds, and vanilla extract.

  2. Pour skim milk over the mixture and stir well.

  3. Allow the cereal to sit for a few minutes to let the chia seeds absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.

  4. Top the cereal with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

  5. Sweeten to taste with your preferred sugar substitute.
