•             1 clove garlic, minced

•             1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

•             1 tbsp lemon juice

•             Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Ingredients for Turkey Meatballs:

 

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 lb. ground turkey, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Ensure that the mixture is evenly mixed but avoid overmixing, as it can result in dense meatballs.

  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter. You can use your hands or a cookie scoop to portion the mixture.

  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet, lightly greased, lined with parchment paper.

  5. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  6. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.

  7. Remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
