10 oz (280g) cooked turkey breast, sliced
4 slices of cheese (choose a low-carb option like Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)

Salt and pepper to taste
For the Side of Cucumber Slices:
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Turkey and Cheese Lettuce Wraps:
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Lay out the lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
Divide the turkey slices, cheese slices, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion evenly among the lettuce leaves.
Drizzle the dressing over the filling of each lettuce wrap.
Roll up the lettuce leaves, tucking in the sides to create a wrap. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Cucumber Slices:
In a mixing bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, chopped dill, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
Add the cucumber slices to the bowl and toss them gently to coat them with the dressing.
