Turkey and avocado wrap in a whole grain tortilla with side salad

Ingredients
4 whole grain tortillas
1 lb (450g) turkey breast, thinly sliced
2 ripe avocados, sliced
2 cups mixed greens (such as spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Lay out the whole grain tortillas and divide the sliced turkey breast, avocado, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro evenly among them.
Drizzle the lime juice over the fillings on each tortilla and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form wraps.
In a separate bowl, toss the remaining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro with the prepared dressing to make the side salad.
Serve the turkey and avocado wraps with the side salad.
