For the salad:

  • 1 can (5 ounces) tuna, packed in water, drained

  • 2 cups mixed greens

  • 1 small cucumber, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion (optional)

For the cilantro-lime vinaigrette:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mixed greens, cucumber slices, chopped cilantro, and red onion (if using). Toss gently to combine.
