Ingredients

For the Salad:

- 2 cans of tuna, packed in water, drained

- 4 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.)

- 1 cucumber, sliced

- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

 

For the Adobo Dressing:

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning

- Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mixed greens, sliced cucumber, and red onion.

 

2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, adobo seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

 

3. Pour the dressing over the tuna and greens mixture, then gently toss to coat everything evenly.

 

4. Divide the salad into individual serving plates or bowls.
