Ingredients

For the Tuna Salad:

- 2 cans of tuna, packed in water, drained

- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain, low-fat)

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (light)

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped

- Salt and pepper, to taste

 

For Wrapping:

- Large lettuce leaves (such as Romaine or Bibb lettuce)

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped red onion, and chopped celery.

 

2. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

3. Wash and separate the lettuce leaves, patting them dry gently.

 

4. Spoon the tuna salad mixture onto the center of each lettuce leaf.

 

5. Wrap the sides of the lettuce around the filling, creating a compact and secure wrap.

 

6. Repeat for the desired number of wraps.
