1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (organic)
1 tablespoon grass-fed butter or ghee
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the grass-fed butter or ghee to the pan and let it melt.
