  • 3 large eggs (organic, pasture-raised, if possible)

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (organic)

  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter or ghee

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)


  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the grass-fed butter or ghee to the pan and let it melt.
