1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (use a high-quality cheese without additives)

For the Side of Turkey Bacon:
6 slices of nitrate-free turkey bacon (look for brands with minimal additives)
Directions
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. While the skillet is heating up, prepare the turkey bacon according to the package instructions. Cooking time may vary depending on the brand.
In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together until well combined. Season the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, according to your taste preferences.
Once the skillet is hot, pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Allow them to cook for a few seconds until they start to set around the edges.
