Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut aminos

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp Swerve or another low-carb sweetener

1 tbsp fresh grated ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice vinegar, Swerve, ginger, garlic, and black pepper until fully combined.

  2. Place your choice of protein in a shallow dish or large ziplock bag and pour marinade over the top. Let the protein marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator for maximum flavor.

  3. Cook the protein on the grill, in the oven, or on the stovetop, along with your preferred low-carb vegetables.
