1 (6oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast
Sea salt, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh tarragon, minced
