Ingredients

4 cups watermelon, cubed

2 cups pineapple, cubed

1 jalapeno, seeds removed and finely diced

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

Zest and juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

A pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, pineapple, and diced jalapeno.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime zest, lime juice, honey (if using), and salt.

  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss to combine.
