1 small red onion, sliced
Juice of 2 limes
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced

1-2 jalapeño peppers, sliced
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Sea salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
