Ingredients
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
2-15 drops of liquid stevia (chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla)
1 packet of stevia
Directions
In a blender or food processor, pour in 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk.
Add 2-15 drops of liquid stevia to the blender. The amount can vary based on your desired level of sweetness and the flavor you choose (chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla).
Optionally, if you prefer the ice cream to be sweeter, you can also add 1 packet of stevia.
Blend the mixture on high speed until it becomes smooth and well combined.
Once the mixture is smooth, transfer it to an airtight container or an ice cream maker, if you have one.
If using an ice cream maker, follow the manufacturer's instructions for churning and freezing the ice cream.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
Allow the ice cream to freeze for about 2 hours, or until it reaches your desired consistency. You can check on it every 30 minutes and give it a stir to prevent ice crystals from forming.
Once the ice cream is frozen to your liking, take it out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
Serve the SOZA Ice Cream in a bowl or cone, and enjoy!
