  1. Start by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

  2. Once the oil is hot, toss in the diced onions and bell peppers. Sauté them until they become tender and slightly caramelized, for about 3-4 minutes.

  3. While the veggies cook, crumble the firm tofu into a bowl. You can use your hands or a fork to achieve a scrambled egg-like texture.

  4. Once the onions and bell peppers are ready, add the crumbled tofu to the skillet. Mix everything well so that the tofu is coated with the flavors from the veggies.

  5. Now, let's add our delicious spices - turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything until the spices are evenly distributed, and your tofu gets that vibrant yellow color.

  6. Continue cooking the tofu for another 3-4 minutes until it's heated through and infused with all the flavors.
