18 fresh okra pods, sliced 1/3 inch thick
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced okra pods, avocado oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, coriander, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure all the okra slices are evenly coated with the spices and oil.
Arrange the seasoned okra slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Make sure the slices are spread out and not overlapping.
