Roasted Cabbage Wedges

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium head green cabbage, cut into 1-inch-thick wedges
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a spice blend.
Place the cabbage wedges on a baking sheet and drizzle them with the olive oil. Use your hands or a brush to ensure that the wedges are evenly coated with oil.
