  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (look for one with low sugar and carbs)

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter (choose the unsweetened variety)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)
