3 medium vine-ripened tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: diced avocado
Directions
In a bowl, combine the finely chopped tomatoes, diced red onion, and finely chopped jalapeño pepper.
Add the fresh cilantro to the bowl.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture.
Sprinkle ground cumin, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
If desired, add diced avocado to the mixture.
