Ingredients

  • 1 lb top sirloin, tenderloin or filet, sliced into thin strips

  • 2 tbsp. fresh cracked black pepper

  • 2 tbsp. Bragg’s Liquid Amino

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the fresh cracked black pepper, Bragg's Liquid Aminos, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. Place the sliced steak into a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring all pieces are coated evenly. Allow the steak to marinate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour, or refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor.

  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated steak strips to the skillet. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan, as this can prevent proper browning. You may need to cook the steak in batches if necessary.

  5. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

  6. Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Serve the Pepper Crushed Steak with your choice of sides, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.

  8. Enjoy your flavorful Pepper Crushed Steak!
