Ingredients

  • 4 oz salmon fillet

  • 6 asparagus spears

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Heat half of the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the salmon fillet, skin side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

  2. In the same skillet, add the asparagus spears and cook until tender and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped dill to make the Lemon Dill Sauce.

  4. Serve the salmon with the grilled asparagus on the side. Drizzle the Lemon Dill Sauce over the salmon and asparagus.
