Ingredients

Oven-Baked Chicken:


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Sautéed Green Beans:


  • 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Mashed Cauliflower:


  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other low-carb milk of your choice)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

  5. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  7. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
