4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Sautéed Green Beans:
1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Mashed Cauliflower:
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other low-carb milk of your choice)

Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
