4 oz crab meat
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1 small avocado, diced
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crab meat, red onion, celery, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and olive oil. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Pour the lime juice and olive oil mixture over the crab meat mixture. Gently toss until all the ingredients are well-coated.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional sea salt and black pepper, if desired.
Transfer the crab mixture to a serving plate or bowl.
