Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin steak, trimmed

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 head of lettuce, washed and chopped

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Directions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush the mixture over both sides of the beef sirloin steak.

  4. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

  5. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

  6. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, sliced cucumber, and sliced avocado.

  7. Add the sliced steak to the bowl.

  8. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, chives, and dill.
