1 lb beef sirloin steak, trimmed
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 head of lettuce, washed and chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Directions
Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture over both sides of the beef sirloin steak.
Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
