Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, diced red onion, and diced tomato.


  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, basil, cumin, coriander, oregano, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.


  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber, onion, and tomato mixture. Toss gently to coat the vegetables evenly with the dressing.


  4. Add the peeled boiled shrimp to the salad and toss again, ensuring the shrimp is evenly distributed.
