¼ tbsp basil
¼ tbsp cumin
1/8 tbsp coriander
1/8 tbsp oregano

½ lb boiled shrimp, peeled
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, diced red onion, and diced tomato.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, basil, cumin, coriander, oregano, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
