Ingredients

- 1 trout fillet (wild-caught preferred)

- 1 cup broccoli florets (organic)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil (organic or conventional)

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

 

2. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet.

 

3. Place the baking sheet with the broccoli in the oven under the broiler for 8-10 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy at the edges.
