Ingredients
4 large lettuce leaves (Romaine or Butter lettuce work well)
8 thin slices of deli organic no antibiotics turkey breast (Try Applegates organic)
4 slices of mozzarella cheese
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
Optional: mustard, mayonnaise, or your preferred low-carb sauce
Directions
Lay out the lettuce leaves and pat them dry if necessary.
Place two slices of turkey on each lettuce leaf.
Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of the turkey.
Add a slice of tomato and a few slices of avocado on top of the cheese.
If you'd like, spread a small amount of mustard, mayonnaise, or your preferred low-carb sauce on top.
Roll the lettuce leaf around the fillings, tucking in the ends like a burrito.
Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and fillings.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
