Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup julienned seedless cucumber

  • 2 fresh lemons, juiced and seeds removed

  • 2/3 cup cold water

  • Stevia (or your preferred sweetener), to taste

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the julienned cucumber, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and cold water.

  2. Stir the mixture well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.

  3. Taste the mixture and add stevia (or your preferred sweetener) according to your desired level of sweetness. Start with a small amount and adjust to your liking.

  4. Once the mixture is sweetened to your preference, pour it into popsicle molds, leaving a little bit of space at the top for expansion during freezing.

  5. Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for about 2 hours, or until partially frozen.

  6. After 2 hours, insert popsicle sticks into the partially frozen popsicles. If your popsicle molds have lids, you can use them to secure the sticks in place.

  7. Return the popsicles to the freezer and let them freeze completely for about 4-6 hours, or overnight.

  8. Once fully frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running the molds briefly under warm water to loosen them.

  9. Serve the Lemonade Cucumber Spa Pops immediately and enjoy!
