Juice of 2 lemons
1-inch piece of fresh ginger
2 stalks of celery, leaves removed
½ medium avocado
1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder (low-carb)
Directions
Peel and grate the fresh ginger.
Cut the celery stalks into smaller pieces for easier blending.
In a blender, combine the lemon juice, grated ginger, celery, avocado, spinach leaves, unsweetened almond milk, and protein powder.
