Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat for Keto)

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1-2 teaspoons stevia or your preferred low-carb sweetener

  • A pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract, stevia, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight to let the chia seeds absorb the liquid and thicken the yogurt.

  3. In a small saucepan, warm the almond butter over low heat until it becomes a pourable consistency. Let it cool slightly.

  4. Drizzle the almond butter over the yogurt mixture.

  5. Top with fresh blueberries.
