  • 2 small cans/pouches of Albacore tuna in water

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1 tomato, wedged

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/4 red onion, chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, roughly torn


  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp dried basil

  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 packet of stevia (sweetener)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp water


  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, cucumber slices, tomato wedges, red bell pepper slices, chopped red onion, sliced celery, and torn iceberg lettuce. Toss gently to mix the ingredients.
