Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 scoop of your preferred high-quality protein powder (e.g., whey, plant-based)

- 2 tablespoons chia seeds

- 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- Ice cubes, as needed

Directions

1. Place the fresh spinach leaves in the blender.
