Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (approximately 4-6 ounces each)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice and chopped dill.

  4. Brush the lemon and dill mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.

  5. Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.

  7. Once the salmon and broccoli are cooked, remove them from the heat.

  8. Drizzle the steamed broccoli with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Serve each grilled salmon fillet with a side of steamed broccoli.
