1 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 low-carb tortillas
1 ripe avocado, sliced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime wedges, for serving
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well to create a marinade.
Add the jumbo shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat them evenly. Let them marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
While the shrimp is marinating, heat the low-carb tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet until warm and pliable. Keep them warm by wrapping them in aluminum foil.
