  • 200g grilled chicken breast (62g protein)

  • 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing (choose a low-sugar or sugar-free option)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the dressing (sugar-free):

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
