Ingredients

  • 4 oz ground chicken breast

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Iceberg lettuce leaves

  • 1-2 slices of bacon (optional)

  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese (optional)

  • 1-2 tomato slices

  • Red onion slices (optional topping)


Directions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, thyme, sea salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well and form into a burger patty.

  2. Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the burger patty for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.

  3. If using bacon, cook it in a separate pan until crispy.

  4. Once the burger is cooked, top it with the cheese (if using) and let it melt for a minute.

  5. Place the burger patty on top of 2-3 lettuce leaves, and add the tomato slices, bacon (if using), and red onion slices (if desired).
