Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon sugar substitute (like stevia or erythritol)

  • Crushed nuts (almonds or walnuts) for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract (if using) and sugar substitute until well combined.

  2. Add mixed berries to the yogurt mixture, gently folding them in.

  3. Sprinkle chia seeds over the yogurt and berry mixture, ensuring even distribution.

  4. Allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to let the chia seeds absorb some liquid and swell.

  5. Before serving, garnish with crushed nuts for an extra crunch (optional).
