  • 1/2 cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds


  1. Measure 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt and place it in a serving bowl.
