Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably low-fat or non-fat)

  • 1/4 cup granola (choose a low-sugar, whole grain option)

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts) for added healthy fats (optional)

Directions

  • In a serving glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.

  • Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt layer.

  • Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the granola.

  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and strawberries.

  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top for added sweetness if desired.
