Ingredients
•            1 tbsp. coconut aminos
•            1 lb. flank steak, sliced into thin strips
•            1 tbsp. fish sauce
•            1 tbsp. sesame oil
•            1 tbsp. olive oil
•            1 tbsp. minced ginger
•            3 garlic cloves, minced
•            1/4 cup sliced green onions
•            1 red bell pepper, sliced
•            1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
•            1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
•            1/4 cup chopped cilantro
•            Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1.           In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, coconut aminos, fish sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2.           In a wok or large skillet, heat the olive oil over high heat. Add the minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3.           Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
4.           Add the sliced bell peppers and mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
5.           Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
6.           Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.
