Ingredients

12 oz tilapia, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 head butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, leaves separated and washed

Directions

In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, lime juice, avocado oil, paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
Add the tilapia pieces to the marinade and toss until the fish is well coated. Allow it to marinate for about 15-20 minutes to enhance the flavor.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated fish pieces to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
While the fish is cooking, prepare the lettuce wraps. Take the leaves of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce and use them as a base for the taco wraps.
Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the skillet and transfer to a plate.
Place a few pieces of the cooked fish onto each lettuce leaf, creating individual taco wraps.
