Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp ground cumin

  • 2 tbsp ground coriander

  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 2 tbsp sea salt

  • 2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine the ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, sea salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. Rub the chicken breasts with the spice mixture on both sides, making sure to coat them evenly.

  4. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
