Ingredients

  • 4 oz ground chicken breast

  • 1 tbsp minced onion

  • 1 clove crushed garlic

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, for frying

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken breast, minced onion, crushed garlic, paprika, thyme, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  2. Form the mixture into 2-3 patties, depending on your desired size.
